Terms and conditions of use

The services provided by ALABAMABLU srl, owner of www.progettofede.it internet site, are subject to the following conditions. These conditions are the only ones considered valid and supersedes any prior conditions. The customer who visits or purchases at the above website you accept these conditions. Therefore we recommend to read them carefully.

Product line

The reference products are those in the electronic catalog of ALABAMABLU srl when placing your order.

Product availability

Our catalog includes hundreds of products and is constantly updated. If an order exceeds the amount present in stock or item ordered is not immediately available, it is up to ALABAMABLU srl inform the customer if this item will be available in the future.

Price

Unless other specific promotions, the price indicated in the catalog is the list price. ALL PRICES ARE VAT INCLUDED. In case of typos or sudden increases in costs, such as to vary the selling price, within the order confirmation will be promptly informed.

Delivery methods

Each order processed is delivered with an invoice. The shipping costs – when they are provided – are charged to the customer in the quantified measure. The delivery of products is usually achieved by ordinary courier. The use express courier must be agreed as underlies special rates.

Delivery is at street level, any deliveries to upper floors must be previously requested. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check that:

  • the number of packages corresponds to that shown on the delivery note;
  • the packaging is not damaged or altered, including the sealing materials.

Any damage and / or lack of packages should be immediately reported to the carrier making the delivery by signing the withdrawal document marked “WITHDRAWAL WITH RESERVE” to … (indicate the reason, eg. Damaged packaging, missing his neck, etc…).

Any problems concerning the physical, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 (seven) days from delivery, with a targeted e-mail [email], specifying the name, order number and the number of shipping.

If the package is damaged so severely as to have damaged also the inner content, we invite the customer to refuse the delivery clearly asking to be affixed on the delivery note marked “REFUSED GOODS – BROKEN NECK”.
